Provided here are answers to some common questions we get.  But, feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.  

You don't have to have a gym membership to successfully complete your trUbalance workouts. The plan we create for you considers if you do or don't have access to a gym. Some of our customers have gym memberships, some have basic equipment in their homes. Whatever it is we ensure that you have the proper guidance so that you continue to work out no matter where you are.

We build your training program around your lifestyle and any equipment that's available to you. While you are working with a trainer at trUbalance you will have the opportunity to schedule private gym sessions or myofascial release therapy.

We currently provide nutrition and fitness prescriptions to people across the country, and we'd love to work with you regardless of where you live! The trUbalance program is structured to be as convenient for customers in other cities or states as those in the Kansas City area. Technology is a wonderful thing, so we can consult with you through phone calls, emails, texts, or another method that's best for you.

After we develop your personalized plan, we consult with you about its components and answer your questions or concerns.  If your plan includes a fitness portion, we provide detailed instruction on movements and exercises so you feel confident completing your workout.  We track your progress along with you and adjust as needed so that you continue to see positive results.  Our team is available in person, via email or phone/txt throughout the process to talk about barriers, answer questions or share successes and milestones! 

The cost is comparable to the amount of money you might spend collectively on gym memberships, personal trainers, nutritionist consultations, and other diet programs. In many cases, the trUbalance program is much less in the long run. In addition to being less expensive, trUbalance provides you with an integrated approach to reach your goals that you don't get from other programs. Instead of multiple sources providing differing insights about what you should be eating or how you should be working out, you can trust your trUbalance consultant to be your one go-to. They provide ongoing support whenever you need it, which provides significant value. The knowledge you'll gain about how to be healthy and fit will benefit you for years to come and pay for itself many times over.

trUbalance has a private gym, but is not a big box gym like you'd be accustomed to.  We are a wellness facility that offers a variety of services to our customers.  One of those services does include access to our private gym.  

It works because our team has years of education and practical experience in nutrition and fitness and we take the time to learn about our customers and develop a plan specifically for them that we know will help them be successful.  We also understand that there is much information in the market about what it means to be healthy...the "fast results" approach taken by many companies.  Throughout our time with you, we'll help you understand the proper way to achieve your goals so that it's sustainable long term.

• Healthcare Team- Registered Dietitian, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, and Personal Trainer/Corrective Exercise Specialist

Fad diets are short lived because they do not address the underlying issues that caused the issue in the first place.

Fad diets make unrealistic and unsustainable promises.

Fad diets are not personalized.

Fad diets often eliminate food groups creating more nutritional deficiencies than they correct.

Fad exercise plans are designed for short term use.

Fad exercise plans can cause unnecessary injury or pain.

Fad exercise plans include equipment such as wraps, sauna suits and vibration belts that can lead to a variety of health issues.

The team at trUbalance is passionate about what we do, providing you with every tool you need to give you a balanced approach to your wellness.  Our company was founded by people that used to try the fad diets and workout programs, with peaks and valleys of short term successes and longer term failures over many years.  When researching they found that the odds truly are stacked against us with where and what we eat and all of the misinformation we read, see and hear.  trUbalance was designed to be the opposite of fad programs because we truly want to help people be successful.
