The type of lab work I order is used to identify imbalances in your body that are root causes of your symptoms. 

GI MAP Testing – This will determine if your gut bacteria is unbalanced creating a leaky gut, toxin build up, and inflammatory responses.

Micronutrient Testing – This will determine what nutrient deficiencies could be contributing to your skin issues.

Mycotoxins/Mold Profile– This test screens for eleven different mycotoxins, from 40 species of mold in one urine sample.

Toxic Non-Metal Chemical Profile – This test screens for 173 different environmental pollutants.

Diet Prescription

Detoxification Diet
  • Consume Sulfur Containing Foods (arugula, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, radishes, garlic, onions, leeks, scallions, shallots, chickpeas, fava beans, kidney beans, lentils, peas, chicken, crab, lobster, scallops, egg yolks, almonds, brazil nuts, walnuts, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds)
  • Consume Phytonutrients (rosemary, turmeric)
  • Consume Flavonoids (Green Tea, 85% Cacao Dark Chocolate, Berries, Apples, Citrus Fruits, Asparagus, Leafy Greens, and Red Wine)
  • Cut out all processed food
  • Drink 8, 8-ounce glasses of water a day
  • Consume 5 to 10 servings of fruit and vegetables
