Unless you have a flawless diet and zero health symptoms, you need supplements. Even I take supplements. However, I only take high quality supplements. There is so much crap on the market today. Stop wasting your money and choose supplements that are safe, effective, and worth the cost.

I have vetted supplements and applied them both personally and professionally for almost 20 years. The two dispensaries I use are Wellevate® and Microbiome Labs. Microbiome Labs is the leader in gut-specific supplementation and Wellevate® covers all other supplement needs. I know it can be difficult to select the right supplements, so I have provided General Supplementation Guidelines for various health conditions.
